Brooks Management Company, Inc. was established by David H. Brooks in 1979 to operate family-owned properties in some of Baltimore’s most interesting neighborhoods. Brooks Management Company, Inc. owns and operates over 300 apartments in various Baltimore neighborhoods including Mt. Washington, Hampden/Hopkins, Bolton Hill, Charles Village and Reisterstown.
We take pride in upgrading and renovating our buildings while still retaining as much old world charm as possible. Our portfolio includes both traditional garden apartments and renovated mansions, all with landscaped grounds and modern conveniences. All of our tenants can enjoy 24-hour emergency maintenance and a central office with helpful and professional staff and qualified technicians.
Part of our experience has been the purchase, renovation and repositioning of several properties. We have taken underperforming assets with haphazard management and upgraded them with renovations and prompt and responsive service including timely maintenance and 24-hour emergency repairs. We pride ourselves in establishing and maintaining open lines of communications with our tenants, and are gratified by our limited tenant turnover and many tenant referrals.
